Rev Deacon Chandy Kuriakose :-( 1881- 1913 ) ( 4th Generation ). Chandy Kuriakose, the second son of Vavachan ( Chandy ) and Thresia was born on 31st May 1881. After completing primary education in local institutions he joined SB high school Changanacherry for higher studies.He was a very brilliant student and successfully completed high school studies. After completing his high school studies Kuriakose wanted to be a Religious Priest. Accordingly joined Varappuzha Puthanpally Seminary. Kuriakose received his 6 th 'Pattam' on 21st December 1912 and comlpeted his studies and started preparing for priestly ordination. But God Almighty had other plans. He was taken from this world on 11th June 1913, a few months prior to his ordination. His mortal remains were buried inside the St George church Muhamma. His Kallara can be seen in the church.
